One Belle Avenue, Second Life

I was just going through my Tumblr one day, browsing all the fun stuff that is always there, when I came across this house with these awesome windows. I just couldn't get over the windows. So, I closed Tumblr, logged into SL, and started building and stayed at it, until the next day, I was finished with the Paesano House.

The Paesano House is 187 prims, with custom sculpted doors, windows and railings. It has one large master bedroom, a back deck, perfect for some outdoor living, and a large living area with a menu-driven fireplace.

If you have been following my blog, you know that I like to decorate and that's how I decided to give you a tour of my new house.

I used the Still Water Table and Art set from Cheeky Pea in my entry. The table fit perfectly beneath the window. It's available this weekend for Super Bargain Saturday!

**side note** I know red isn't everyone's favorite color so I am currently working on a more neutral version of this house as well to be release in the near future

I'm not going to say this challenge was hard for me, because it wasn't.  It just required me to go shopping, so I guess it was hard on my L's.  :-)

My inspiration came from the open front COCO jeans. I mean, I was tempted by dresses but as I huddled in my blankets, I just couldn't find the power to click pay on them. *Side note* The shirt from artilleri comes longer but then you couldn't see the undies.

I have a confession to make....I am a collector of skyboxes (oh, might as well add houses to that list).  And my collector sense got all excited when Stacie Pryor plurked that she created a skybox.  I absolutely love when she blogs her SLinterior decorating. I seriously would pay her to stage my house when I sell again. Just this week, she set her 'get lost/get found skybox' for sale on XStreetSL.  (and yes, I did a happy dance as I signed into XStreetSL!)  I was even happier when I saw that the price is quite reasonable.

I added some shutters to it (more to block out my mess in the sky).  I'm still decorating it. Artwork is always the last thing for me - even in my RL house; my art is still in the moving boxes. But I wanted to get this posted, since it seems like I haven't blogged in forever.  Hope you enjoy :-)
