More About Me...

I've been around Second Life for a few years now - did the obligatory club scene, owned my own club. That didn't last too long. SL to me is now about content creation and fashion. I love to create (and learn) & to search for the most awesome creations in Second Life. I'll be opening my store, fucifino, soon and I will be showcasing my new creations here as well as all those awesome finds that I come across in my SL travels.

Another Side of me: Land Owner

I'm co-owner of Belle Island Estates. We offer land for rent or sale, residential or commercial. Currently offer 4096 lots for sale or rent. If you want something smaller, bigger, etc, we'll work with you to customize how you want your property.

Fucifino and Project Themeory

fucifino.river grove tire stool for Project Themeory 'Earth Rebirthed'

Earth Day is this Sunday. It's a tradition in my family to do something special on this day. And now that we have a child, we try to teach him about protecting the Earth. It's a very special day in our household.

And I was very excited to be able to participate in Project Themeory this month - the theme is Earth Rebirthed. Right up my alley LOL.

Many items in my store I would label as 'repurposed' - taking something old and giving it a new purpose. So this is what I did with this new item - Take some old table legs, add an old tire, plus some dirt and grass and you get the River Grove Tire Stool.

This comes in at 7 prims. It has 8 cute animations (I show some in the ad) and 6 different colors for the stool legs. It's available this weekend for 75L.

Spruce Up Your Space & Project Themeory @ Fucifino

fucifino.canaryville bird mobile for Project Themeory
The Ravenswood Wall Shelf is my offering for Spruce Up Your Space this month. The Theme this month is Spread Your Wings. It comes with the accessories shown which are partial mesh so you will need a mesh-enabled viewer in order to view it.

And the Canaryville Bird Mobile is my offering for Project Themeory. 'Something On A Stick' is the theme - and I was stumped for a LONG time. I have this hanging in the corner of my house, but you could use it for a kids' room or outdoors - whatever you desire.

Both of these are available this weekend @ Fucifino

Project Themeory: New Year Resolutions!

I have been trying to force myself to blog more things that I like but now that it's a New Year, I'm going to kick my ass a little harder. One of the things I love about shopping in SL are all the shopping events. There are always so many unique offerings and these events have opened up new stores to me, which I love but not my pocket book :)

So for my first post - Project Themeory. There are many who hadn't put out their items yet and that made me all sad face.  I will try to put those on this post later, if they put their items out.

Weekend Quickie #2

I did a lot of shopping the past few days and needed to watch my Lindens. So on my Project Themeory shopping crawl, I only bought one thing. Yeah, I know! :-(

BUT!  It's super cute, so that makes it all good :-).

Furniture Finds #001

One day, I just started snapping up everything on my land, feeling the compulsive need for a change, and by the time I was done, there was nothing left on my land.  I double checked the prims on my land - 0 prims.  At that point, I had absolutely no idea what to do.  So, I did what I normally do when I require some inspiration - I shop!  I found some real cute pieces.  So here we roll...

So I found this lovely little Tea House from Molto Bene.  Too small for my house but just the right size as an addition to a yet to be found house. I'm imagining lots of flowers and comfy seating, totally reminds me of my sun porch in RL.  This was a Project Themeory item.  I <3 Project Themeory!

This lovely table is from The Loft, called Flee Market Finds. I picked this up on 50L Fridays.  It's not copy, so I bought a couple because you never know :)

The moment I saw this /artilleri/ Orlando bar available as a 50L Friday item last week, I braved the lag to have it for my own!  I think I want to have a Fifties style skybox that I can retreat to....hmmm.

Turnip's Tea Table Shelf in Maple (Fifty Linden Friday Special) was a purchase that I didn't know what I was going to do with it....yet, but I knew I would have a use for it someday.  It's very shabby chic/cottage like, probably use it as a planting bench (can you tell I spent the weekend outside, gardening?)

Last up is this sun chair and umbrella set from Republica, a Project Themeory item.  The chair has a few cool poses in it - always a plus.  After all that shopping this weekend, I needed to chill and nothing better to help that along than a nice Long Island Iced Tea (or two or three).  I've got to confess that I indulged a little too much......

What a perfect way to end a great week!  I'll catch you later!

Fifty Linden Fridays & Project Themeory Are Almost Here!

These two events give me something to look forward to in SL!  I normally buy everything (except for jewelry - it has to be totally amazing for me to buy that).  I'm trying to find out what the theme is this weekend for Project Themeory. Skins for 75L perhaps?  *hehehe*   A girl can dream, can't she?  So look for my buys tomorrow and this weekend!  Heck, maybe I'll wake up in the middle of the night to get the 50L Friday items. LOL!
